Merchandise which arrives damaged or wrongly sized can be exchanged or refunded as outlined in the policies below.
If your items arrive damaged, please retain all of the original packing materials and get in contact immediately. Items that have been damaged by the recipient, altered, or worn cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
As online shopping becomes more popular, so does doorstep package theft. According to a survey conducted by Comcast, a shocking 1 in 4 Americans reported a stolen package. It is suggested that our customers use their neighbour’s or work address if they won’t be at home for the delivery; we are not responsible for the costs of reshipping an order if tracking information states an order was delivered and do not offer refunds in such cases.
Because each item is made on-demand per order, we cannot return or exchange apparel which has already been manufactured or shipped for reasons other than those outlined above.
Items are printed to order on-demand. Actual shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping options you chose when you placed your order. Generally, most orders arrive within 2 weeks from the date the order was placed. Please note that shipping times are from the time of fulfillment (your order being made ship-ready), and not from the time you place the order.
If you are ordering from outside the United States, your order may be subject to additional fees imposed by your local government’s customs office. These fees are imposed by your local customs office and are not in any way related to this site.
